Philip Sheng-Hao Toung is a member of the technical staff. He holds a BASc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto and specializes in fields of telecommunications, IT, and photonics. He has been involved in the intellectual property field since 2007, prior to joining Shinjyu GLOBAL IP in 2009. He currently assists in the preparation of patent applications relating to software, IT, electrical and mechanical inventions. He passed the U.S. patent agent exam in 2010 (unregistered). Mr. Toung is a Chinese-English bilingual, who also speaks fluent Japanese.
