Toshihisa Koga holds a B.Eng. in Bioengineering from Osaka University and a M.Eng. in Bioengineering from Graduate School of Osaka University. Mr. Koga previously worked as a chemical engineer in research and development of the medical device at Horiba Co., Ltd. Mr. Koga joined Shinjyu in 2012 after spending nine years at another patent firm in Osaka. He currently assists in the preparation of patent applications in the mechanical, electrical, and chemical fields. He is a member of the Japanese Patent Attorneys Association.
